Q Launches New Logo and Rebrand

Four decades ago, Quality Bicycle Products picked up on something vitally important: The places with the most vibrant, thriving bike communities have a strong bicycle retailer at the center of it all. Independently-minded shops create community and support ridership. That’s never been more true than it is today.

Q helps those retailers thrive, connects them with the right suppliers, offers solutions, and provides choice. We are an indispensable partner. For us, the whole is much more powerful than the sum of its parts. And we’ve updated our brand to reflect this.

“As a company, Q is a common thread that weaves together the entire industry, including retailers, suppliers, communities, employees and riders,” said Rich Tauer, President. “Everything we do is grounded within our partners’ interest and motivations. That is as true today as it was when Steve Flagg and Mary Henrickson founded the company in 1981.”

Over the years, our role in the industry has grown far beyond that of bicycle parts distributor. Today, we are also an industry advocate, brand builder, category innovator, solutions provider, and educator. As we look to the future, we’re sharpening our focus on the challenges and opportunities ahead.

“Our refreshed branding recognizes what has made us a trusted leader for the last 40 years, while reimagining ourselves for the next 40 years,” said Jessica Grenwis, Vice President of Marketing. “It’s our promise to remain true to our values.”

Q’s rebrand includes an updated logo and company colors, and a clearly defined brand identity. We’ve also updated our purpose statement.
